I’m sorry for your loss, and hope that the memories will carry you all through the tough times. I remember when I was taking my siding off my house, I had people come over to help. When I came out of the house, I saw Tom and Jason working in the front of my house. I went over to thank them for helping. After the work was done I told everyone that I really appreciated the help and offered beer and food. This goes to show what a giving man Tom was. There was a time that Rita and I went out for an afternoon for girl time and it was after the time that Rita told Tom she would be home. Knowing his sense of humor, I took a napkin and wrote a note to excuse Rita for being late coming home. Rita told me later, that he had a smirk on his face. I can so picture that smirk. I had worked with Rita for many years at the gas station. May God bless you all in your time of sorrow. Tom will be missed.
